I stayed for three nights with my family, and the spacious family room was a huge plus for us. The hotel’s location is perfect, as it’s within walking distance to the Night Bazaar and Tha Phae Gate, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly attentive, going out of their way to assist us, including helping to arrange a surprise for Valentine's Day. Although the restaurant for breakfast was a bit small, the variety offered was good enough for our needs, and we enjoyed the delicious food available nearby.

The staff at Thapae Twins were exceptionally helpful, providing outstanding assistance daily. They helped with luggage, arranged breakfast requests, and were always ready to lend a hand. The location was perfect for business, close to local attractions and easy access to transportation, enhancing my stay significantly. The accommodations were clean and spacious, contributing to a comfortable environment for work.

The reception is not staffed all night, so I had to call for help to access my room!!! A malfunctioning room key made my experience inconvenient. Improvements on these fronts would enhance the stay!!!

However, parking was limited, making it a bit tricky to find a spot during peak hours, and some amenities were a bit basic compared to expectations. The tiny café across from the hotel became a favorite lunchtime spot with its affordable and tasty offerings.

This hotel was a strong match for taking strolls in Chiang Mai with best value. The staff were really helpful in finding local attractions, making our experience smoother. Bring your own hangers if you have extra wet clothes, as there's just one rack in the room.
